Welcome to the 56ok.org

If you hear bandwidths of 10 Megabits in, 5 megabits out, and think that that's the service you get in a third world country, this is not for you. This is for people who lust after 10 Megabit connections and can afford one or more consoles. This website shows you how to get creative with online games, and find ones they don't automatically get kicked off of.

I certain hope my data can fit on the Switch…

There is no voice chat on the Switch. It's weird that I can see my friends online, but there's nothing I can do to get their attention when my friends are online. I have to actively select friends to see friends. I don't get paged when a friend shows up. And we can't talk to each other on the Switch. I wouldn't mind my friends playing one game while I play a different game. Or get together and play the same game head to head.

Maybe it will change when it's a premium network. But if it doesn't, there is no advantage to registering friends. I don't know what would be worse, the Switch network where I have to go out of my way to find friends, and can't chat with them if I do find them, or the Xbox One answer where the network has the ability, but the friends who said they'd talk and play doing neither, because they are watching Netflix or some other video app, AND THEY TURN OFF THEIR DOORBELL. I leave my doorbell on so when someone talks to me, I can talk to them. Most things I watch are not so essential where I can't take a break from them to talk to or even play games with, or against friends.

Oh well at least it plays more games I'm interested in like these. Let's see if they stand up to the test.
